Return & Refund Policy

At Levicishop, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

30-Day Returns
You may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- The item must be returned in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for items that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery (unless defective).

Return Shipping
- If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect: we will provide a replacement or cover the return shipping cost
- If you are returning the item due to a change of mind: you are responsible for return shipping costs

No restocking fees are charged on returns.

How to Start a Return

Returns should not be sent back without prior authorization.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
