Levicishop offers free shipping to its customers, and for the time it takes, it from 1 to 3 business days for Processing orders (Fulfillment), plus 3 to 9 business days for Shipping.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund:
- The item needs to be in its original box and unopened.

- The consumer is responsible for paying the shipping charges for returns brought on by a change of heart.
- We offer free return shipping and a complete refund or replacement for any defective goods or those damaged in transit.

- Keep all labels on the item and pack it safely in its original packing.

Levicishop will pay for return shipping for items that are broken or faulty.
If a consumer decides to return an item because they changed their mind, they are liable for the return shipping charges.

However, depending on your banking service, it may take up to 20 days after your return and refund request is approved. No, when a return is approved, there will be details sent to the customer including the postal address for returns! And try to speed up the process won't do any good, and can be lost without us being responsible for it.
