How do I return an item?

- Keep all labels on the item and pack it safely in its original packing.

Levicishop will pay for return shipping for items that are broken or faulty.
If a consumer decides to return an item because they changed their mind, they are liable for the return shipping charges.

However, depending on your banking service, it may take up to 20 days after your return and refund request is approved. Opened or used products cannot be returned.

No, when a return is approved, there will be details sent to the customer including the postal address for returns! And try to speed up the process won't do any good, and can be lost without us being responsible for it.
